• DURALON BLUE HARDNESS – Hardness is rated at 9H. Since diamond is rated at 10H, it is extremely strong. It has HIGH resistances to abrasion, corrosion, and acid meaning. It won’t chip or discolor and will retain its non-stick properties longer.
• INDUCTION READY & EVEN HEAT DISTRIBUTION – Every cookware is bonded and reinforced with anti-warp SS plate on the bottom to make it induction ready. This bonding delivers fast, even heat distribution, and superior heat retention at any temperature.
• DURALON BLUE COATING FOR WELLNESS - The environmentally friendly, extremely non-stick Gen10 Duralon Blue is a natural ceramic coating that is free of harmful substances such as PFAS*, PTFE, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. It also does not release harmful fumes when exposed to high temperatures. *Examined by TÜV Rheinland for 106 PFAS elements and found none.
